Unitized Disc is a product of combining abrasive mineral and non-woven materials with resin.The layers are then compressed together to enhance the strength and durability. Unitized Wheels can be used on soft steels & Low Carbon Steels, Stainless Steel, Titanium & Nickel Alloys, Aluminum & Non-Ferrous Materials, etc. It could remove burrs without damaging the original work surface and produce consistent results. It is great for edge breaking and final finishing!
