Non-woven convolute wheels

Non-woven convolute wheels are a type of abrasive wheels that are made from synthetic fibers like nylon or polyester, which are woven together into a continuous loop.  They are typically used for heavy duty grinding and sanding operations, since they are very durable and can withstand high pressure.  In addition, non-woven convolute wheels tend to be more absorbent than traditional abrasives, which helps them to remove material more efficiently.  However, non-woven convolute wheels are not as hard as traditional abrasives, so they may not be suitable for very fine finishing work.
